月桂酸铵对浓缩天然胶乳贮存稳定性及硫化胶性能的影响

摘　　要：浓缩天然胶乳(简称浓缩胶乳)是制备天然胶乳制品的重要原材料,在其贮存过程中添加月桂酸铵作为稳定剂来提高胶乳稳定性。月桂酸铵对浓缩胶乳贮存稳定性及硫化胶性能有显著影响,进而影响其制品的性能。本研究通过对浓缩胶乳贮存过程中的机械稳定性(MST)和挥发脂肪酸(VAF)值变化情况进行分析,并对其硫化胶膜交联密度、力学性能和热稳定性能进行测试表征,研究月桂酸铵对浓缩胶乳贮存稳定性及硫化胶性能的影响。结果表明,加入月桂酸铵后,浓缩胶乳Zeta电位绝对值明显增加,乳胶粒子粒径变小,胶乳稳定性增强;月桂酸铵含量为0.050%~0.075%(质量分数,下同)时,浓缩胶乳的机械稳定性显著提高,MST值达到国家标准所需的最短贮存时间(20 d);月桂酸铵导致浓缩胶乳硫化速率降低,在相同预硫化时间下,加入月桂酸铵的浓缩胶乳硫化胶交联密度较低,硫化胶膜力学性能和热性能也下降。Concentrated natural latex is an important raw material for preparing natural latex products.Ammonium laurate is added as a stabilizer during storage to improve the stability of latex.Ammonium laurate plays a significant effect on the storage stability of concentrated latex and its vulcanization properties,which affects the performance of its products in turn.This paper analyzes the changes in the mechanical stability(MST)and volatile fatty acid(VFA)values of concentrated latex during storage,and the crosslinking density,mechanical properties and thermal stability of the vulcanized rubber film were tested and characterized.The effect of ammonium laurate on the storage stability of concentrated latex and the properties of vulcanized rubber was studied.The results were shown that the absolute value of the Zeta potential of the concentrated latex significantly increases after adding ammonium laurate,the particle size of the latex becomes smaller,and the stability of the latex was enhanced.When the ammonium laurate was added in an amount of 0.050%—0.075%,the mechanical stability of the concentrated latex had been significantly improved.The minimum storage time required for the MST value to reach the national standard was 20 days;the ammonium laurate had caused the vulcanization rate of the concentrated latex to decrease.At the same prevulcanization time,the crosslinked density of the vulcanized rubber with concentrated ammonium laurate was lower,and the mechanical properties and thermal properties of the vulcanized rubber film was decreased accordingly.
