摘  要:针对云浮新兴县太平镇小水电丰水期集中抢发上网给电网造成过电压的不良影响,提出了搭建微电网用于改善小水电并网运行特性的策略。该策略是将10 kV线路改造,配置储能系统在小水电并网附近,通过对储能系统的控制实现削峰填谷,抑制线路过电压,改善电网电能质量。同时基于DIgSILENT/PowerFactory搭建储能系统,模拟丰水期小水电抢发时对应储能系统响应情况。仿真结果验证了储能系统搭建的微电网在抑制电路过电压以及提高电网稳定性方面发挥了重要作用,为小水电综合治理提供一种有效可行的思路。In view of the adverse effect of the grid overvoltage caused by the centralized rush generation of small hydropower in Taiping Town,Yunfu Xinxing County,this paper proposes a strategy to build a micro grid to improve the grid operation characteristics of small hydropower;the strategy is to transform the 10 kV line,configure the energy storage system near the grid connection of small hydropower,and realize peak shaving and valley filling by controlling the energy storage system,restrain the line overvoltage,and improve the grid operation Improve the power quality of power grid.At the same time,the energy storage system is built based on DIgSILENT/PowerFactory to simulate the response of the corresponding energy storage system during rush generation of small hydropower in wet season.The simulation results show that the micro grid constructed by the energy storage system plays an important role in restraining the circuit overvoltage and improving the stability of the power grid,which provides an effective and feasible idea for the comprehensive treatment of small hydropower.
