摘  要:变压器分为有载调压和无载调压两种调压方式。某厂主变为无载调压,当需要主变调压时,必须将主变停电,通过调整无载分接开关的挡位来改变电压变比。而主变在检修时,需测量分接开关每个挡位的直流电阻,以判断分接开关的接触情况,防止其在运行时产生短路故障。同时,为保证变压器连续、安全稳定运行,220 kV主变一般均配置了两套保护装置,确保主变发生各类故障后保护装置可以快速动作将故障隔离,防止设备损坏及事故扩大。Transformers are divided into on-load voltage regulation and no-load voltage regulation.A factory owner changes to noload voltage regulation.When the main transformer needs to be adjusted,the main transformer must be powered off and the voltage ratio can be changed by adjusting the gear of the no-load tap changer.When the main transformer is overhauled,it is necessary to measure the DC resistance of each gear of the tap changer to judge the contact of the tap changer and prevent it from short-circuiting during operation.At the same time,in order to ensure the continuous,safe and stable operation of the transformer,220kV main transformers are generally equipped with two sets of protection devices to ensure that the protection devices can quickly operate to isolate the fault after various faults in the main transformer,preventing equipment damage and accident expansion.
