针刺廉泉穴配合利咽合剂治疗脑卒中吞咽功能障碍临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺廉泉穴配合利咽合剂治疗脑卒中吞咽功能障碍的临床疗效。方法:100例按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各50例。两组均用常规吞咽功能训练,并针刺廉泉穴,观察组加用利咽合剂,治疗时间为8周。结果:治疗后观察组VFSS评分和MMASA评分高于对照组(P<0.05),洼田饮水评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率94.78%高于对照组78.00%。结论:针刺廉泉穴联合利咽合剂治疗脑卒中吞咽功能障碍能够改善症状,提高疗效。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture at Lianquan point combined with Liyan Mixture in the treatment of stroke swallowing dysfunction.Methods:A total of 100 cases were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 50 cases in each group,according to the random number table method.Both groups were trained with conventional swallowing function and treated with acupuncture at Lianquan point and the observation group were treated with Liyan Mixture in addition.They were treated for 8 weeks.Results:After treatment,the VFSS score and MMASA score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The drinking water score of Watian was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group(94.78%)was higher than that of the control group(78.00%).Conclusion:Acupuncture at Lianquan point combined with Liyan Mixture can improve the symptoms and improve the therapeutic effect on stroke swallowing dysfunction.
