麻黄附子细辛汤加味治疗过敏性鼻炎阳虚型临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察麻黄附子细辛汤加味治疗过敏性鼻炎阳虚型的效果。方法:48例随机分为研究组和对照组各24例。对照组用西药治疗,研究组用麻黄附子细辛汤加味治疗。结果:总有效率研究组高于对照组(P<0.05),各项证候评分研究组低于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应发生率研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:麻黄附子细辛汤加味治疗过敏性鼻炎阳虚型有较好临床效果。Objective:To observe the effect of Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction with additional integrants on allergic rhinitis with Yang deficiency type.Methods:Forty-eight cases were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,with 24 cases in each group.The control group were treated with western medicine while the study group were treated with Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction with additional integrants.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of various syndromes in the study group were lower than the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction with additional integrants has a good clinical effect onallergic rhinitis with Yang deficiency type.
