参芪地黄汤治疗肾病综合征疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察参芪地黄汤治疗肾病综合征的效果。方法:72例按随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组各36例。观察组用参芪地黄汤治疗,对照组用西药治疗。结果:总有效观察组94.44%、对照组66.67%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不良反应发生率观察组19.44%、对照组63.89%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。疾病复发观察组0例、对照组16.67%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组ApoA1、ApoB、IgE、IgM水平显著低于对照组,IgG、C3和C4水平高于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药治疗肾病综合征效果较好,且不良反应少。Objective:To observe the effect of Shenqi Dihuang Decoction on nephrotic syndrome.Methods:According to the random number table method,72 cases were divided into observation group and control group,with 36 cases in each group.The observation group were treated with Shenqi Dihuang Decoction while the control group were treated with Western medicine.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.44%and that of the control group was 66.67%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 19.44%in the observation group and 63.89%in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were 0 cases in the disease recurrence in the observation group and 16.67%in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of ApoA1,ApoB,IgE and IgM in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the levels of IgG,C3 and C4 were higher than those in the control group.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine is effective in treating nephrotic syndrome,with few adverse reactions.
