滋阴补肾止血汤联合雌孕激素治疗青春期功血临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察滋阴补肾止血汤联合雌孕激素治疗青春期功血的疗效。方法:88例根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各44例,两组均用雌孕激素,观察组加用滋阴补肾止血汤。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组出血控制时间、出血减少时间短于对照组(P<0.05),观察组治疗后孕酮(P)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E2)、黄体生成素(LH)指标低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:滋阴补肾止血汤联合雌孕激素治疗青春期功血疗效较好,且复发率低。Objective:To observe the curative effect of Nourishing Yin and Tonifying Kidney to Stop Bleeding Decoction combined with estrogen and progesterone in the treatment of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods:According to the random number table method,88 cases were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 44 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with estrogen and progesterone,and the observation group were treated with Nourishing Yin and Tonifying Kidney to Stop Bleeding Decoction in addition.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The bleeding control time and bleeding reduction time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Progesterone(P)and follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol(E2),and luteinizing hormone(LH)indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nourishing Yin and Tonifying Kidney to Stop Bleeding Decoction combined with estrogen and progesterone has a better effect on adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding,with low recurrence rate.
