掀针治疗缺血性中风后呃逆临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察掀针治疗中风后呃逆的临床疗效。方法:60例随机分成两组,观察组用掀针治疗,对照组用甲氧氯普胺注射液穴位注射。结果:总有效率观察组为96.6%,对照组为73.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:掀针治疗中风后呃逆疗效较好,安全性高。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of press needles on post-stroke hiccup.Methods:Sixty cases were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group were treated with press needles while the control group were injected with metoclopramide injection in the acupoint.Results:The total effective rate was 96.6%in the observation group and 73.3%in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Press needles are effective on post-stroke hiccup,with high safety.
