摘　　要：介绍了资阳公司出口巴基斯坦机车维保项目情况,以资阳公司作为主机制造厂的背景开拓"产品+服务"为视角,从机车运用情况、修程修制、项目执行、项目难点、不足与思考等方面进行阐述,总结经验与不足,为后续项目的可持续发展和良性循环提供借鉴。This paper introduces the maintenance project of Ziyang Company′s locomotives exported to Pakistan.From the perspective of developing"product+service"in the background of Ziyang Company as a main engine manufacturer,this paper elaborates from the aspects of locomotive application,repair program,project execution,project difficulties,deficiencies and thinking,summarizes the experience and deficiencies,and provides reference for the sustainable development and virtuous cycle of subsequent projects.
