国产支架在复杂瘤颈腹主动脉瘤腔内治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨国产Ankura腹主动脉覆膜支架系统在复杂瘤颈腹主动脉瘤中的应用价值。方法对9例复杂瘤颈腹主动脉瘤患者进行腔内修复术(EVAR),均使用国产Ankura腹主动脉覆膜支架系统,其中1例同时行右肾动脉支架置入术。结果所有患者手术均取得成功,无围术期死亡及严重并发症发生。随访1~21个月,无支架移位和Ⅰ型内漏发生;其中1例术中发生髂动脉分支支架与主体支架严重移位,通过增加1枚支架得到有效处理。结论对于短瘤颈、大成角的腹主动脉瘤,使用国产的Ankura腹主动脉覆膜支架系统安全有效。Objective To study the application value of the domestic Ankura endograft system in complex-neck abdominal aortic aneurysm(CNAAA).Methods Endovascular aortic repair(EVAR)was performed in 9 cases of complex-neck abdominal aortic aneurysm,and domestic Ankura endograft system was used in all of them.Of whom 1 case received right renal artery stent implantation simultaneously.Results The operation was successful in all patients and no perioperative death or serious complications occurred.There was no stent displacement or typeⅠleakage during the follow-up of 1 to 21 months.But there was 1 case with severe displacement of iliac artery branch stent and main stent,who was effectively treated by adding 1 stent.Conclusion The domestic Ankura endograft system is safe and effective for short neck and large angulated abdominal aortic aneurysms.
