摘  要:目的建立选择性溶剂提取—旋光法测定薄荷油-β-环糊精包合物油利用率的方法。方法采用无水乙醇为选择性溶剂,选择性提取包合物中的薄荷油,旋光法测定薄荷油的含量,并与水蒸气蒸馏法测定薄荷油-β-环糊精包合物油利用率进行比较。结果选择性溶剂提取—旋光法标准曲线线性范围为20~640 mg·ml^(-1)(r=0.9997),平均加样回收率大于95%,RSD<2%。结论该方法快速、准确,可用于测定薄荷油-β-环糊精包合物油利用率。Objective:To establish a selective solvent extraction-polarimetry method for determination of oil utilization ratio of peppermint oil-β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound.Methods:Peppermint oil in the compound was extracted using absolute alcohol as the selective solvent and was determined by polarimetry method.The results of both selective solvent extraction-polarimetry and steam distillation method were compared.Results:The utilization ratio of oil was successfully determined by selective solvent extraction-polarimetry method,the linear range was 20~640 mg﹒ml^(-1)(r=0.9997),and the recovery was higher than 95%(RSD<2%).Conclusion:Selective solvent extraction-polarimetry method is rapid and accurate,and can be used to determine the oil utilization ratio of peppermint oil-β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound.
