摘  要:目的探讨自制创面连续冲洗管在外科感染负压引流中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析161例外科感染患者的临床资料,均采用自制创面连续冲洗管负压引流治疗,观察其应用疗效。结果161例患者中,157例拔管后恢复较好,3例因多器官功能衰竭死亡,1例放弃治疗。出院后随访1~6个月,患者切口恢复好,腹腔及创面无残余感染发生。结论创面连续冲洗管取材方便、制作简单,负压引流效果好,减少了换药次数,减轻了临床工作量,加速了患者的康复,具有较好的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the application effect of self-made wound continuous irrigation tube in negative pressure drainage for surgical infection.Methods The clinical data of 161 patients with surgical infection were analyzed retrospectively.All the patients received self-made wound continuous wound irrigation tube in negative pressure drainage for treatment,the application effect of the treatment was observed.Results Among 161 patients,157 cases recovered well after extubation,3 cases died of multiple organs failure,and 1 case gave up treatment.Patients were followed up for 1 to 6 months after discharge,and the incisions were recovered well.No residual infection occurred in the abdominal cavity or wound surface.Conclusion The continuous irrigation tube for wound surface is easy to obtain and simple to make,and has good effect on continuous negative pressure drainage,which reduces the times of dressing change,reduces the clinical work and promotes the recovery of patients,it has good clinical application value.
