综合护理干预在烟雾病患者围术期中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨综合护理干预在烟雾病患者围术期中的应用效果。方法:将2018年10月1日~2019年9月30日收治的80例烟雾病患者随机分对照组和观察组各40例,对照组采用烟雾病常规护理干预措施,观察组在对照组护理基础上采用综合护理干预。比较两组干预效果。结果:观察组术后1、3、5 d抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),干预后观察组日常生活能力评定量表(ADL)评分、护理满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理干预在烟雾病患者围术期中的应用效果满意,能有效提高患者护理质量,同时提高护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To explore the application effect of the perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention in perioperative patients with moyamoya disease.Methods:A total of 80 cases of patients with moyamova disease during October 1,2018 to September 30,2019 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40 cases in each group,the control group was given routine nursing intervention measures,and the observation group was given the comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.Comparison was made on the intervention effect of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,on the 1st,3rd,and 5th d,the depression self rating scale(SDS),self-evaluation anxiety scale(SAS)scores were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),the daily life ability after rating scale(ADL)scores,nursing satisfaction scores were higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the complication incidence was lower in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in perioperative patients with moyamoya disease is satisfactory,can effectively improve the quality of patient nursing,and improve nursing satisfaction at the same time,which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
