摘　　要：目的:对比剖宫产术后硬膜外镇痛中分别应用罗哌卡因复合吗啡和罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼的效果。方法:2019年7月-2020年6月收治剖宫产产妇134例,按镇痛方法不同分两组,分别为观察组(67例,罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼)和对照组(67例,罗哌卡因复合吗啡镇痛)。比较两组产妇疼痛评分、镇静评分及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组术后6 h、12 h、24 h及48 h疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组镇静评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:剖宫产术后硬膜外镇痛中应用罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼的效果较好,可有效缓解疼痛,具有显著的镇静效果,同时可降低不良反应发生率。Objective:To compare the effect of ropivacaine combined with morphine and ropivacaine combined with sufentanil on epidural analgesia after cesarean section.Methods:From July 2019 to June 2020,134 cases of cesarean section were admitted.According to the different methods of analgesia,they were divided into two groups:observation group(67 cases,ropivacaine combined with sufentanil)and control group(67 cases),Ropivacaine combined with morphine analgesia).The pain score,sedation score and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The pain scores of the observation group at 6 h,12 h,24 h and 48 h after surgery were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The sedation score in the observation group was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ropivacaine combined with sufentanil is effective in epidural analgesia after cesarean section,which can effectively relieve pain with significant sedative effect,it also can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
