摘　　要：目的:研究舒芬太尼联合丙泊酚麻醉对腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术患者术后恢复及血液动力学的影响。方法:2017年1月-2020年1月收治行子宫肌瘤切除术的患者90例,随机分为两组,各45例。对照组给予芬太尼联合丙泊酚麻醉;试验组给予舒芬太尼联合丙泊酚麻醉。比较两组临床效果。结果:试验组麻醉优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组拔管时间、恢复自主呼吸时间及恢复定向力时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与T_(1)时比较,T_(2)、T_(3)时两组心率(HR)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、平均动脉压(MAP)等血液动力学指标水平均上升,但试验组各项指标水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒芬太尼联合丙泊酚麻醉可有效提高腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术患者的麻醉效果,加快患者术后恢复,稳定患者术后血液动力学水平,降低不良反应发生率。Objective:To explore the effect of sufentanil combined with propofol anesthesia on postoperative recovery and hemodynamics in patients undergoing hysteromyomectomy.Methods:From January 2017 to January 2020,90 patients undergoing hysteromyomectomy were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given fentanyl combined with propofol anesthesia.The experimental group was given sufentanil combined with propofol anesthesia.We compared the clinical effects of the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the excellent and good rate of anesthesia was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,extubation time,spontaneous breathing recovery time and orientation recovery time were shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with T_(1),the levels of HR,SBP,DBP,MAP and other hemodynamic indexes in the two groups were increased at T_(2) and T_(3),but the levels of each index in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fentanyl combined with propofol anesthesia can effectively improve the anesthetic effect of laparoscopic myomectomy,accelerate the postoperative recovery,stabilize the postoperative hemodynamic level,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
