体外循环心内直视手术后并发传导阻滞的观察与护理研讨26例

摘　　要：目的:探讨体外循环心内直视手术后并发传导阻滞的护理情况。方法:2017年2月-2020年8月收治体外循环心内直视手术后并发传导阻滞患者26例,接受体外循环心内直视手术治疗并给予相应护理。观察护理效果。结果:患者术后血小板、心肌收缩力、心房血流速、心房内压力指标水平均高于护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后心脏相关临床症状积分下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后出现术后传导阻滞并发症的情况逐渐降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:构建有针对性的围手术期护理方案,对体外循环心内直视手术后并发传导阻滞患者的治疗和康复有重要意义。Objective:To explore the nursing of conduction block after open heart surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass(CPB).Methods:From February 2017 to August 2020,26 patients with conduction block after open heart surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass were selected,they were treated with cardiopulmonary bypass and given corresponding nursing.The nursing effect was observed.Results:The levels of platelet,myocardial contractility,atrial blood flow velocity and atrial pressure after operation were significantly higher than those before nursing,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of cardiac-related clinical symptoms decreased after surgery,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative conduction block complications decreased gradually,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The construction of a targeted perioperative nursing plan is of great significance for the treatment and rehabilitation of patients with conduction block after open heart surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass.
