早期康复护理对脑瘫高危儿的实施效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨早期康复护理对脑瘫高危儿的实施效果。方法:2018年5月-2020年5月收治脑瘫高危儿120例,随机分为两组,各60例。对照组给予常规护理;研究组给予早期家庭康复护理。比较两组Gesell发育量表评分及智能发育情况。结果:研究组在精细运动、粗大运动、个人社交、语言能力及适应性等各项Gesell发育量表评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组心理发育指数(PDI)评分及智力发育指数(MDI)评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脑瘫高危儿治疗过程中介入早期家庭康复护理,对于其智能发育及肢体功能水平的提高具有明显促进作用。Objective:To explore the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on high-risk infants with cerebral palsy.Methods:From May 2018 to May 2020,120 high-risk infants with cerebral palsy were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing.The study group was given early family rehabilitation nursing.The scores of Gesell development scale and intelligence development were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of Gesell development scale in fine motor,gross motor,personal social interaction,language ability and adaptability in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of mental development index(PDI)and mental development index(MDI)in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intervention of early family rehabilitation nursing in the treatment of high-risk infants with cerebral palsy can obviously promote their intellectual development and the improvement of limb function.
