摘　　要：目的:探讨球结膜下注射并发症的预防及全面护理对策。方法:2018年1月-2019年12月收治行球结膜下注射的患者126例,注射时患者取仰卧位,在眼部采用0.4%盐酸奥布卡因滴眼液进行表面麻醉,嘱咐患者眼球进行固视动作的训练;操作前向患者耐心讲解操作的大致流程,缓解患者焦虑紧张情绪,并给予全程护理。评估患者并发症及护理对策。结果:126例患者中,出现球结膜下出血2例,药物渗漏1例,角膜损伤1例,青光眼0例,并发症发生率为3.17%。结论:球结膜下注射并发症的预防,需要严格遵守注射的操作规范,并提高注射操作的技巧,避免对无关组织造成损害。同时配合全面护理对于患者的眼部健康也具有重要的意义,可减轻患者检查过程和注射过程的紧张情绪,从而确保治疗过程顺利进行和减少并发症的发生。Objective:To explore the prevention of complications of subconjunctival injection and analysis of comprehensive nursing countermeasures.Methods:From January 2018 to December 2019,126 patients with subconjunctival injection were selected,at the time of injection,the patient was in supine position and was given 0.4%obucaine hydrochloride eye drops for topical anesthesia,we asked the patients to train their eyeballs for fixation action.Before the operation,we patiently explained the general process of the operation to the patients,alleviated the anxiety and tension of the patients,and gave the whole process nursing.We evaluated the complications and nursing strategies.Results:Among the 126 patients,there were 2 cases of subconjunctival hemorrhage,1 case of drug leakage,1 case of corneal injury and 0 case of glaucoma,the incidence of complications was 3.17%.Conclusion:To prevent the complications of subconjunctival injection,it is necessary to strictly abide by the injection operation specification and improve the injection operation skills,so as to avoid damage to irrelevant tissues.At the same time,comprehensive nursing is also of great significance for the eye health of patients,it can reduce the tension of patients in the process of examination and injection,so as to ensure the smooth process of treatment and reduce the occurrence of complications.
