摘　　要：目的通过文献调研,总结湿疹中医证候分布情况。方法检索中国知网、中国生物医学文献服务系统、万方数据知识服务平台,查找1990—2019年湿疹文献,筛选出证候文献,利用Excel建立证候名称数据库并进行频次统计,探索湿疹的中医证候分布情况。结果最终筛选合格文献131篇,证候出现452次,经证候规范后,最终整理出证候13个,中医证候分布按频率(占总证候的百分率)大小依次排列,排在前三位的证候为湿热浸淫证(24.56%)、阴虚血燥证(24.34%)、脾虚湿蕴证(21.68%)。结论湿疹证候中,以湿热浸淫证、阴虚血燥证、脾虚湿蕴证为出现频率最高证型。Objective To summarize the distribution of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndromes of eczema through literature investigation.Methods China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),China Biomedical Literature Service System and Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform were retrieved.Literature of eczema from 1990 to 2019 was searched and literature of syndrome was screen out.Excel was used to establish syndrome name database,make frequency statistics,and investigate the TCM syndrome distribution of eczema.Results Finally,131 eligible literatures were screened out,and 452 syndromes were found.After standardized syndromes,13 syndromes were finally sorted out.The distribution of TCM syndromes was according to frequency(percentage of total syndromes).The top three syndromes were damp-heat immersion syndrome(24.56%),yin deficiency and blood dryness syndrome(24.34%)and spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation syndrome(21.68%).Conclusion Among eczema syndromes,damp-heat immersion syndrome,yin deficiency and blood dryness syndrome and spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation syndrome are the most frequent syndromes.
