摘　　要：目的探讨正骨水中丹皮酚HPLC定量分析方法的测量不确定度评定。方法通过分析测量过程,确定并简化不确定度来源;采用不确定度的评估方法,结合HPLC法测定正骨水中丹皮酚含量的方法确认数据,量化不确定度分量;计算合成不确定度和扩展不确定度。结果用HPLC法测定正骨水中丹皮酚含量的扩展不确定度为±0.0018 mg/ml。结论本研究采用的评定方法可为HPLC法含量测定结果的测量不确定度评估提供参考。Objective To investigate the evaluation of measurement uncertainty of paeonol in bone setting liquid by HPLC method.Methods By analyzing the measurement process,the sources of uncertainty were determined and simplified.The data were confirmed by the evaluation method of uncertainty combined with HPLC method for the determination of paeonol in bone setting liquid,and the component of uncertainty was quantified.The combined uncertainty and expanded uncertainty were calculated.Results The expanded uncertainty of determination of paeonol in bone setting liquid by HPLC method was±0.0018 mg/ml.Conclusion The evaluation method adopted in this paper can provide reference for the evaluation of measurement uncertainty of content determination results by HPLC method.
