温肺化痰汤加减治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的效果及其对患者肺功能的影响

摘　　要：目的分析评价温肺化痰汤加减治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的临床效果及其对患者肺功能的影响。方法选取2019年5月至2020年8月临沂市中医医院慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者100例,随机分组,对照组患者使用美洛西林联合氨溴索治疗,观察组患者应用温肺化痰汤加减治疗,对两组患者的肺功能指标、炎症水平、中医症候评分以及治疗时间进行比较。结果治疗后观察组患者的肺功能指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的喘息、哮鸣、咳嗽咳痰等中医症候评分均比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在接受治疗后,两组患者的高敏C反应蛋白水平和嗜中性粒细胞细胞水平均下降,但是观察组患者的炎症水平指标高敏C反应蛋白为(8.34±2.11)mg/L,嗜中性粒细胞为(7.21±1.27)%,均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的平均住院时间为(7.43±1.39)d,对照组患者的平均住院时间为(10.39±1.04)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者使用温肺化痰汤加减治疗能够改善肺功能,临床治疗总有效率更高,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze and evaluate the clinical efficacy of modified Wenfei Huatan Decoction on acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD)and its impacts on pulmonary function of patients.Methods A total of 100 patients with AECOPD admitted to Linyi Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital of Shandong Province from May 2019 to August 2020 were prospectively investigated.All the patients enrolled in the research were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with mezlocillin combined with ambroxol,while the observation group was treated with modified Wenfei Huatan Decoction.The pulmonary function index,inflammation level,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom score and treatment time were compared between the two groups.Results The pulmonary function indexes of patients with AECOPD in the observation group were superior to those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The scores of TCM symptoms such as wheezing,whistling,coughing and expectoration in patients with AECOPD of the observation group were all lower than those ofthe control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of high-sensitivity C reactive protein and neutrophils in the two groups alldecreased.However,the levels of high-sensitivity C reactive proteinand neutrophils in the observation group were(8.34±2.11)mg/L and(7.21±1.27)%,all lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The average hospitalization time of patients in the observation group was(7.43±1.39)days,while that in the control group was(10.39±1.04)days,with statistically statistical significance(P<0.05).The overall response rate of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment in patients with AECOPD by modified Wenfei Huatan Decoction can improve pulmonary function,and it has higher clinica
