摘  要:当前方法设计的系统对机床数控加工态势进行识别时,没有对噪声进行回放,对切割平面度、切割定位精度、机床平稳性进行识别时,识别结果不准确,存在识别准确率低的问题。该文提出高速激光切割机床数控加工态势识别系统设计方法,首先,通过运动控制卡,伺服控制模块及加工态势识别模块构成高速激光切割机床数控加工态势识别系统的架构;其次,在加工态势识别模块中设计系统初始化、态势识别、自动诊断报警、运动控制、图形转码和G代码编译等子模块,在此基础上,通过噪音采集、噪音回放和信号分析等方法提高加工态势识别的准确率;最后,采用HMM算法构建高速激光切割机床数控加工态势识别模型,实现加工态势识别。实验结果表明,加工态势设计方法设计的系统可有效识别机床的切割平面度、切割定位精度和机床平稳性,识别准确率较高。When the system designed by the current method recognizes the CNC machining situation of the machine tool,it does not replay the noise.When it recognizes the cutting flatness,cutting positioning accuracy,and machine stability,the recognition result is inaccurate and there is a problem of low recognition accuracy.This paper proposes a design method for the CNC machining situation recognition system of high-speed laser cutting machine tools.First,the architecture of the high-speed laser cutting machine CNC machining situation recognition system is constituted by the motion control card,servo control module and processing situation recognition module;secondly,in the processing situation recognition module Sub-modules such as system initialization,situation recognition,automatic diagnosis alarm,motion control,graphics transcoding,and G code compilation are designed.On this basis,the accuracy of processing situation recognition is improved through methods such as noise collection,noise playback and signal analysis;Finally,the HMM algorithm is used to construct a high-speed laser cutting machine CNC machining situation recognition model to realize the processing situation recognition.The experimental results show that the system designed by the machining situation design method can effectively identify the cutting flatness,cutting positioning accuracy and machine stability of the machine tool,and the recognition accuracy rate is high.
