摘  要:为解决浪涌防护器件(surge protection device,SPD)中的气体放电管(gas discharge tube,GDT)和金属氧化物压敏电阻(metal oxide varistor,MOV)在雷击浪涌冲击下级间配合工作方式的问题,通过研究GDT与MOV的非线性伏安特性,运用波过程理论的方法建立模型,计算MOV和GDT单个器件与组合形式的入射、反射、折射电流以及它们所发生的时间。实验验证与仿真计算对比结果表明:如果已知MOV和GDT的入射、反射以及折射电流和发生的动作时间,就可以确定它们单个器件或者组合形式开路、匹配、短路等工作方式。对于SPD其他非线性器件遭受不同方式的浪涌冲击时,也可采用此法进行研究分析,该文方法可为其提供新的思路,在工程应用方面具有一定的指导意义。The study intends to find out how gas discharge tube(GDT)and metal oxide varistor(MOV)in surge protection device(SPD)realize interstage coordination under the surge of lightning strikes.The incident,reflected and refracted currents of single MOV and GDT and their combinations(including the time when incidence,reflection and refraction occurred)were calculated by analyzing the nonlinear volt-ampere characteristics of GDT and MOV and building a model based on wave process theory.The results of experimental verification,simulation and computation suggest that if the incident,reflected and refracted currents of MOV and GDT and the time of occurrence are known,it is possible to determine how a single MOV/GDT or their combinations work in different situations(e.g.open circuit,matching and short circuit).The proposed method above can be also applied to analyze other nonlinear devices of SPD affected by different surges.In this sense,it provides a new way of thinking for similar studies and has some implications in guiding engineering application.
