季节性变应性鼻炎患者运用鼻腔冲洗器的预防效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探究季节性变应性鼻炎患者运用鼻腔冲洗器的预防效果。方法:2019年1月-2020年1月收治季节性变应性鼻炎患者200例,随机分为两组,各100例。对照组应用丙酸氟替卡松鼻喷雾剂治疗;观察组应用鼻腔冲洗器对鼻腔清洗后,再应用丙酸氟替卡松鼻喷雾剂治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后症状评分和体征评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,且预防效果高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:季节性变应性鼻炎患者应用鼻腔冲洗器配合丙酸氟替卡松鼻喷雾剂,能够有效提升治疗效果,显著改善患者临床症状,且不良反应少,预防效果显著。Objective:To explore the preventive effect of nasal irrigator on patients with seasonal allergic rhinitis.Methods:From January 2019 to January 2020,200 patients with seasonal allergic rhinitis were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with fluticasone propionate nasal spray,while the observation group was treated with fluticasone propionate nasal spray after cleaning the nasal cavity with nasal irrigator.We compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,after treatment,the scores of symptoms and signs were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the preventive effect was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of nasal irrigator combined with fluticasone propionate nasal spray in the treatment of patients with seasonal allergic rhinitis can effectively improve the treatment effect,significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,the adverse reactions are less and the preventive effect is significant.
