摘　　要：目的:评价医院综合重症监护病房患者运用主动干预措施对多重耐药菌感染的控制效果。方法:选取2017年3月-2018年3月综合重症监护病房患者62例,作为对照组,不施行主动干预,按照常规方式处理;选取2018年4月-2019年4月综合重症监护病房患者62例,作为观察组,实施主动干预。比较两组患者多重耐药菌感染情况及医护工作者的工作评价。结果:观察组患者多重耐药菌感染率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);医护工作人员对观察组患者手卫生情况、感染防控效果、工作效率、消毒隔离、仪器设备、感染控制意识等评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对医院综合重症监护病房患者运用主动干预措施的效果确切明显,可有效降低多重耐药菌感染发生率,提高感染防控效果、手卫生程度、消毒隔离效果,为患者生命健康安全提供一定保障。Objective:To evaluate the control effect of active intervention on multi-drug resistant bacteria infection in comprehensive intensive care unit of hospital.Methods:From March 2017 to March 2018,62 patients in ICU were selected as the control group.Not to carry out active intervention,according to the previous way of handling.From April 2018 to April 2019,62 patients in comprehensive intensive care unit(ICU)were selected as the observation group.Implement proactive intervention.The infection of multi-drug resistant bacteria and the evaluation of medical workers were compared between the two groups.Results:The infection rate of multi-drug resistant bacteria in observation group was lower than control group,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of medical staff on hand hygiene,infection prevention and control effect,work efficiency,disinfection and isolation,equipment and infection control awareness of patients in the observation group were all higher than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of active intervention measures for patients in hospital comprehensive intensive care unit is definite and obvious,which can effectively reduce the incidence of multi-drug resistant bacteria infection,improve the infection prevention and control effect,hand hygiene degree,disinfection and isolation effect,and provide a certain guarantee for the life and health safety of patients.
