观察小儿多汗症使用玉屏风散合六君子汤加减治疗的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:分析使用玉屏风散合六君子汤加减治疗小儿多汗症的临床效果。方法:2017年9月-2020年5月收治小儿多汗症患者60例,按家属意愿分为两组,各30例。对照组采用玉屏风散治疗;观察组给予玉屏风散合六君子汤加减治疗。比较两组临床疗效、症状评分和不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后自汗、盗汗、失眠评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:小儿多汗症使用玉屏风散合六君子汤加减治疗疗效显著,可以显著改善患儿症状,且不良反应少,用药安全。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Yupingfeng powder combined with modified Liujunzi decoction in the treatment of infantile hyperhidrosis.Methods:From September 2017 to May 2020,60 patients with infantile hyperhidrosis were selected,they were divided into the two groups according to the wishes of their family members with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Yupingfeng powder.The observation group was treated with Yupingfeng powder combined with modified Liujunzi decoction.The clinical efficacy,symptom score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of spontaneous sweating,night sweating and insomnia in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Yupingfeng powder combined with Liujunzi decoction is effective in the treatment of infantile hyperhidrosis,which can significantly improve the symptoms of children with hyperhidrosis with few adverse reactions and safe medication.
