基于数据挖掘分析王劲红教授治疗胸痹临床用药特点

摘　　要：目的:使用中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)对国家级名老中医继承人王劲红教授治疗胸痹的临床用药经验进行数据挖掘及分析。方法:将2019年10月-2020年4月王劲红教授诊治胸痹患者的基本信息、诊疗信息输入中医传承辅助平台中,采用平台数据分析系统进行药物使用频率、关联度、核心处方等数据分析,探讨王劲红教授治疗胸痹的用药特点。结果:150首方剂中,使用频次在40次(包括40次)以上的药物共有16味,按药物出现的频次由高到低的前三位组合分别是“黄芪、当归”“丹参、黄芪”“丹参、当归”,关联系数>0.5的药对共6对,分别为“车前草、白术”“龟甲、生地黄”“车前草、郁金”“白芍、郁金”“白芍、三七”“香橼、白芷”。结论:王劲红教授治疗胸痹的用特点为益气养血与行气活血相结合,用药经典,辨证施治效果明显。Objective:To use TCM inheritance assistant platform(V2.5)to conduct data mining and analysis on the clinical medication experience of Professor Wang Jinhong,a national famous old TCM heir,in the treatment of chest arthralgia.Methods:From October 2019 to April 2020,input the basic information and diagnosis and treatment information of Professor Wang Jinhong on the diagnosis and treatment of patients with chest arthropathy into the TCM inheritance assistant platform.The platform data analysis system was used to analyze the data of drug use frequency,correlation degree,core prescription,etc.,to explore the characteristics of Professor Wang Jinhong's drug use in treating chest arthralgia.Results:Among the 150 prescriptions,16 drugs were used more than 40 times(including 40 times).According to the frequency of drug occurrence,the top three combinations from high to low were"Huangqi,Danggui","Danshen,Huangqi","Danshen,Danggui".The correlation coefficient of>0.5 was 6 pairs,which were"Cheqiancao,Baizhu","Guijia,Shengdihuang","Cheqiancao,Yujin","Baishao,Yujin","Baishao,Sanqi","Xiangyuan Baizhi".Conclusion:Professor Wang Jinhong's treatment of chest arthralgia is characterized by the combination of Yiqi Yangxue and Xingqi Huoxue,classic medication and dialectical treatment.
