接种前预见性护理对儿童接种百白破疫苗不良反应的预防作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨儿童接种百白破疫苗前开展预见性护理对预防疫苗接种后不良反应的效果。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年8月接种百白破疫苗儿童600例,依据护理模式分为两组。对照组运用常规护理;观察组运用预见性护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组儿童疫苗接种后不良反应率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组儿童家长护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组儿童哭闹发生率及家长护理投诉率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对接种百白破疫苗的儿童运用预见性护理,可有效降低疫苗接种后的不良反应发生率,且有利于改善护患关系,并显著提升护理质量。Objective:To explore the preventive effect of predictive nursing before vaccination on adverse reactions of children vaccinated with DPT vaccine.Methods:From January 2019 to August 2020,600 children who received DPT vaccination were selected and divided into two groups according to the nursing mode.The control group used routine nursing.The observation group used predictive nursing.We compared the two groups of nursing effect.Results:In the observation group,the adverse reaction rate of children after vaccination was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the nursing satisfaction of parents was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the incidence of children crying and the rate of parents'nursing complaints were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of predictive nursing for children vaccinated with DPT vaccine can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions after vaccination,improve the relationship between nurses and patients,and significantly improve the quality of nursing.
