预见性管理在患者护理安全管理中的应用意义分析

摘　　要：目的:分析在患者护理安全管理中实施预见性管理的意义。方法:2016-2018年收治血液透析患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组采用常规管理;试验组给予预见性管理。比较两组管理情况。结果:试验组患者满意度高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,护理质量评分高于对照组,SAS及SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在患者护理安全管理中应用预见性管理可消除护理风险隐患,能获得较高的护理满意度,同时还可保证高质量的护理工作。Objective:To analyze the significance of implementing predictive management in patient nursing safety management.Methods:From 2016 to 2018,80 patients with hemodialysis were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group used routine management.The experimental group was given predictive management.The management of the two groups was compared.Results:The satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the incidence of complications was lower,the score of nursing quality in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the scores of SAS and SDS were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of predictive management in patient nursing safety management can eliminate the hidden dangers of nursing risks,obtain higher nursing satisfaction,and ensure high quality nursing work at the same time.
