关于房山区医疗机构人员结核病知识了解情况的调查研究

摘　　要：目的研究北京市房山区医疗机构人员对结核病知识的了解情况。方法本研究将所有房山区医疗机构人员作为调查对象,2019年3—10月通过问卷调查了解该群体对结核病知识知晓情况及获取结核病核心知识的渠道。结果调查对象为5591名,大学本科及以上学历3576名,占63.96%,大专及以下学历2015名,占36.04%;结核病核心信息总知晓人数4945名,总知晓率为88.45%,结核病核心知识知晓人数1173名,知晓率为20.98%;调查对象主要通过讲座、咨询、访谈和健康教育课等途径获取知识,4110名占73.51%;有3099名通过广播、电视、电影途径获取,占55.43%。不同文化程度之间结核病核心知识知晓率、相关关系检验比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不同文化程度之间结核病核心知识知晓率具有差异性,且不同文化程度与结核病核心知识知晓率呈正相关。Objective To research the knowledge understanding of tuberculosis among medical institution personnel in Fangshan District of Beijing.Methods In this research,all the medical institution personnel in Fangshan District were selected as the investigation objects.From March to October 2019,the questionnaire survey was conducted to understand the awareness of tuberculosis knowledge and the channels to acquire core knowledge of tuberculosis.Results A total of 5591 people were surveyed,including 3576 people with bachelor′s degree or above,accounting for 63.96%,and 2015 people with college degree or below,accounting for 36.04%.The total awareness number of people who knew the core information of tuberculosis was 4945,the total awareness rate was 88.45%,and the awareness number of people who knew the core knowledge of tuberculosis was 1173,the total awareness rate was 20.98%.The 4110 people mainly acquired knowledge through lectures,consultations,interviews and health education class,accounting for 73.51%,3099 people acquired knowledge through radio,television and movies,accounting for 55.43%.There were statistically significant differences in the awareness rate of core knowledge of tuberculosis and correlation test among different educational levels(P<0.05).Conclusion The awareness rate of core knowledge of tuberculosis is different among various educational levels,and there is a positive correlation between different educational levels and awareness rates of core knowledge of tuberculosis.
