摘　　要：目的评估高血压患者的术前焦虑状况,比较药物干预与心理疏导对术前焦虑的干预效果。方法纳入2019年1月~2020年1月在我院行腹腔镜胆囊切除术(Laparoscopic cholecystectomy,LC)的高血压患者,随机分成药物干预组(36例)与心理疏导组(37例),两组患者均规范降压治疗、术前常规准备,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)及视觉模拟焦虑评分法(VAS)评估两组患者的术前焦虑水平,并比较术前血压、心率、呼吸。结果药物干预组及心理疏导组患者术前焦虑发生率分别为75.00%、67.57%。心理疏导组患者术前中重度焦虑发生率、焦虑水平评分、平均收缩压、舒张压、心率、呼吸均高于药物干预组(P<0.05)。结论高血压患者普遍存在术前焦虑,在特定的术前时期,抗焦虑药物术前干预效果优于心理疏导,术前适当的药物干预可以更好地持续稳定患者的术前焦虑情绪。Objective To evaluate the preoperative anxiety of patients with hypertension,and compare the effect of drug intervention and psychological counseling on preoperative anxiety of patients with hypertension.Methods Patients with hypertension who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC)in our hospital from Jan 2019 to Jan 2020 were randomly divided into drug intervention group(36 cases)and psychological counseling group(37 cases).Patients in both groups were treated with antihypertensive therapy and routine preparation before operation.Self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and visual anxiety scale(VAS)were used to evaluate the preoperative anxiety of the two groups,and the preoperative pressure,heart rate and respiration were compared.Results The incidence rate of anxiety in drug intervention group and psychological counseling group were 75.00%and 67.57%,respectively.The incidence rate of moderate and severe anxiety,anxiety score,mean systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,heart rate and respiration in psychological counseling group were higher than those in drug intervention group(P<0.05).Conclusion Preoperative anxiety is common in patients with hypertension.In a specific preoperative period,the effect of preoperative antianxiety drug intervention is better than psychological counseling,and appropriate preoperative drug intervention can better maintain and stabilize patients’preoperative anxiety.
