摘　　要：在创建全国文明城市的背景下,文章详细分析了汕头市民道德素质现状、存在的主要问题及其成因,提出了提升市民道德素质的相应对策:加强文明公益宣传,倡导文明行为方式;弘扬社会主义核心价值观,营造道德建设良好氛围;深化道德教育引导,推动道德实践养成;发挥舆论与法律作用,软硬约束相结合;推进道德文化建设,发挥道德自律机制作用。In the background of building a national civilized city,this paper analyzes in detail the current situation of Shantou citizens'moral quality,the main problems and their causes,and puts forward the corresponding measures to improve the citizens'moral quality,such as strengthening the publicity of civilized public welfare to advocate civilized behavior,carrying forward the socialist core values to creat a good atmosphere for moral construction,deepening the guidance of moral education to promote the formation of moral practice,and giving full play to the role of public opinion and law to combine soft and hard constraints.In addition,we should promote the construction of moral culture to give full play to the role of moral self-discipline mechanism.
