摘 要:高压气体轴承实验具有压力高、流量大等特点。而现有的气体轴承实验气源的压力调节方法由于工作压力低、流量小无法应用于高压和大流量工况。为了对高压气体轴承暂冲实验气源的输出压力进行控制,提出了两级自力式压力调节阀串联调压方法,通过计算确定了自力式压力调节阀的相关参数,并进行了实际测试。测试结果表明:两级串联阀组能使阀后压力在4 s内由1.2 MPa快速下降至设定压力,可实现压力的快速调节。因采用流程工业广泛使用的自力式压力调节阀作为主要调压部件,显著地降低了高压气体轴承暂冲实验气源系统的建设成本,获得了较好的输出压力稳定性,具有较高的工作可靠性。为小型实验室内的暂冲实验气源系统的压力控制提供了一种简单有效的解决思路。High pressure gas bearing experiments have the characteristics of high pressure and large flow rate.However,most of the existing pressure adjustment methods for gas bearing experiments cannot be applied to high pressure and large flow conditions due to their low working pressure and small flow rate.In order to control the output pressure of the high-pressure gas bearing intermittent gas source,a two-stage self-operating pressure regulating valve in series pressure regulation method was proposed.The relevant parameters of the self-operating pressure regulating valve were determined through calculation and actual tests were performed.The results show that the two-stage series valve group can quickly reduce the pressure behind the valve from 1.2 MPa to the set pressure within 4 seconds,and achieve rapid adjustment of the pressure.As the self-operated pressure regulating valve widely used in the process industry is used as the main pressure regulating component,the construction cost of the high-pressure gas bearing intermittent gas source system is significantly reduced,the output pressure stability is better,and the reliability ishigher.It provides a simple and effective solution for the pressure control of the intermittent experiment gas source system in small laboratories.
