摘  要:针对桥梁检测车液压故障诊断方法的不足及故障维修需求,提出桥梁检测车故障液压有源测试方法。叙述桥梁检测车的组成支路和存在的故障现象;研究桥梁检测车液压系统泄漏状态的液压有源测试理论;运用理论研究成果,对某种桥梁检测车液压系统泄漏状态进行了测试,测试结果验证了桥梁检测车液压有源测试方法的可行性。Aiming at the insufficiency of hydraulic fault diagnosis method for bridge inspection vehicle and the need of fault maintenance,an active hydraulic test method for bridge inspection vehicle fault was proposed.The composition branches of the bridge inspection vehicle and the existing fault phenomenon were described.The theory of hydraulic active test for hydraulic system leaking state of bridge inspection vehicle was studied.Based on the theoretical research results,the leakage state of the hydraulic system of a bridge inspection vehicle was tested.The test results verify the feasibility of the hydraulic active test method for bridge inspection vehicle.
