摘  要:针对淬火机床制造企业普遍存在的开发能力薄弱、设计周期长、制造困难、成本高昂等问题,在分析现有模块划分方法的基础上,对淬火机床的模块化设计进行研究。通过基于参数的设计结构矩阵DSM描述淬火机床功能部件之间的关系。以模块的高内聚性、模块间低耦合性为划分原则,利用层次分析法AHP确定相关性指标权重,构建功能部件综合结构相关矩阵。结合层次聚类法,通过MATLAB软件作出谱系聚类图,以获得划分方案,实现淬火机床的快速开发。通过模块化设计,可以缩短淬火机床研发周期,实现大批量生产条件下的个性化生产,快速响应市场和用户的多样化需求,使其适应日益激烈的市场竞争。In view of the common problems in quenching machine manufacturing enterprises,such as weak development capacity,long design cycle,manufacturing difficulty and high cost,the modular design of quenching machine was studied on the basis of analyzing the existing module division methods.The relationship between the functional components of quenching machine was described through the parameter-based design structure matrix DSM.The high cohesion within the modules and low coupling between the modules were taken as the division principles,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was used to determine the weight of the correlation index,and then the correlation matrix of the comprehensive structure of functional components was constructed.Combined with the hierarchical clustering method,the pedigree clustering diagram was drew through MATLAB software to obtain the division scheme and realize the rapid development of quenching machine tools.Through the modular design,the research and development cycle of quenching machine tool can be shortened,the personalized production can be realized under the condition of mass production,and the diversified needs of the market and users can be quickly responded,so that it can adapt to the increasingly fierce market competition.
