摘  要:针对传统飞机除冰车在进行除冰作业时,车辆起步整车抖动大、车辆最低稳定车速较高、工作平台晃动大、整机微动性和安全性较差等缺陷,通过分析飞机除冰车的功能,结合静液压行走系统,设计飞机除冰车静液压行走系统的方案及控制策略。通过样机试制与产品试验,验证设计方案的可行性。该设计为相关航空地面设备的设计提供技术参考,该产品已申请实用新型专利(ZL201920983562.0)。Aimed at the defects of traditional aircraft deicing vehicle indeicing operation,such as larger starting jitter,high minimum stable vehicle speed,large shaking of the working platform,poor micro-mobility and safety of the whole machine,by analyzing the function of the aircraft deicing vehicle,combined with hydrostatic walking system,the scheme and control strategy of the hydrostatic walking system of the aircraft deicing vehicle were designed.The feasibility of the design scheme was verified through prototype trial production and product test.The design provides technical reference for the design of related aviation ground equipment,and the product has been applied for the utility model patent(ZL201920983562.0).
