摘 要:电液伺服阀按功能可分为流量伺服阀和压力伺服阀,压力伺服阀常用于施力系统,流量伺服阀可用于施力系统或者位置系统。在大刚度负载系统中,常用的流量伺服阀不能满足系统使用要求,一般需要压力电液伺服阀。介绍单级压力伺服阀、两级半开环压力伺服阀、两级闭环压力伺服阀和直接驱动压力伺服阀等,阐述各类型压力伺服阀的特点和优缺点。Electro-hydraulic servo valves can be divided into flow servo valves and pressure servo valves according to functions,pressure servo valves are commonly used in force application systems,and flow servo valves are more widely used in force system or position system.In high stiffness load system,the commonly used flow servo valve can not meet the requirements of the system,pressure electro-hydraulic servo valve is generally needed.The single-stage pressure servo valve,two-stage semi-open-loop pressure servo valve,two-stage closed-loop pressure servo valve and direct drive pressure servo valve were introduced,the characteristics,advantages and disadvantages of each type of pressure servo valve were described.
