摘 要:刀具振动是影响机床加工效率的障碍之一,为实现对高速铣削刀具振动的精密测量,设计了一种多光纤差动光强调制的刀具振动位移传感器。根据反射式光纤束光强调制原理建立了差动光强调制数学模型,并仿真分析了光纤束设计参数对测量特性的影响,选定了差动光纤传感器的设计参数。进行了差动光纤传感器的静态特性与动态响应特性实验,结果表明,所设计的传感器在1~3 mm测量范围内有良好的线性度与灵敏度,灵敏度为2.668 V/mm,且力锤敲击时x、y方向最大振幅为13μm与3μm,验证了传感器测量的可行性。Tool vibration is one of the obstacles to improve the machining efficiency of machine tools.In order to realize the precise measurement of tool vibration in high-speed milling,a tool vibration displacement sensor with multi-fibre differential light emphasis is designed.According to the principle of the reflective optical fibre bundle differential light enhancement system,the optical enhancement system’s mathematical model is established,and the influence of the optical fibre bundle design parameters on the measurement characteristics is simulated and analysed.The design parameters of the differential sensors are selected.Experiments on the differential optical fibre sensor’s static characteristics and dynamic response characteristics have been carried out.The results show that the designed sensor has good linearity and sensitivity in the measurement range of 1~3 mm,and the sensitivity is 2.668,and the maximum amplitude in the x and y directions when hammered is 13μm and 3μm,which verifies the feasibility of the sensor measurement.
