摘  要:以降低激光实时监测系统基准点光束漂移为目标,提出了基于LabVIEW的激光实时监测系统。利用激光实时监测装置采集监测信号,LabVIEW软件编程获取基准点与光斑中心偏差量,利用调整光束水平以及垂直方向偏移量实现激光光束自动准直,利用监测信息存储模块缓存以及寄存监测信息,利用多媒体接口接收监测信息存储模块输出监测信息。系统测试结果表明,该系统实时监测精密零件生产过程两个基准点水平方向与竖直方向光束漂移幅度分别低于5 pixel以及10 pixel,具有较高的监测性能。A laser real-time monitoring system based on LabVIEW is proposed to reduce the beam drift of reference point in a laser real-time monitoring system.The laser real-time monitoring device is used to collect the monitoring signal,and LabVIEW software is used to program to obtain the deviation between the reference point and the spot centre.The laser beam is automatically aligned by adjusting the horizontal and vertical offset of the beam.The monitoring information storage module is used to cache and store the monitoring information,and the multimedia interface is used to receive the monitoring information and output the monitoring information.The system test results show that the beam drift amplitude of the system’s horizontal and vertical direction is lower than 5 pixel and 10 pixel and has high monitoring performance.
