摘  要:目的探讨锥形束CT(CBCT)在上颌前部埋伏阻生牙定位诊断中的作用。方法选取39例45颗上颌前部埋伏阻生牙,分别拍摄曲面断层片和CBCT片,应用系统自带软件,观察、测量牙冠生长方向、牙冠所在位置、牙根弯曲及发育情况,分析比较两者之间差异。结果CBCT在诊断牙冠生长方向、阻生类型、牙根弯曲及发育情况方面优于曲面断层片,P<0.05。结论CBCT能准确定位埋伏阻生牙的空间位置及形态。Objective To investigate the role of cone-beam computer tomography(CBCT)in the diagnosis and orientation of impacted teeth in the anterior maxilla.Methods Forty-five impacted teeth in the anterior maxilla of 39 patients were selected,which were respectively examined by orthopantomography and cone-beam CT.The direction of crown growth,the position of the crown,root curvature and the development were observed and measured with the software of the system to analyze and compare the differences between the two examinations.Results CBCT was more effective than orthopantomography in diagnosing the direction of crown growth,impacted types,root curvature and the development,P<0.05.Conclusion CBCT can accurately locate the spatial position and the shape of impacted teeth.
