摘　　要：目的探讨德维可外用结合特定电磁波谱(TDP)照射对颅脑外伤伴皮肤擦伤患者症状改善情况的影响。方法选取某院神经外科2019年7月—2019年11月收治的200例颅脑外伤伴皮肤擦伤患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组100例。对照组接受TDP照射,观察组采用德维可外用结合TDP照射,对比两组患者创面愈合时间、疼痛评分、压疮、色素沉着、瘢痕发生情况。结果观察组颜面部、躯干部等创面愈合时间均短于对照组,P<0.05;两组治疗前VAS评分无统计学差异;治疗后两组VAS评分低于治疗前,P<0.05,且观察组VAS水平评分低于对照组,P<0.05;观察组患者压疮、色素沉着、瘢痕发生率均低于对照组;观察组患者创面感染率低于对照组创面感染率,P<0.05。结论德维可外用结合TDP照射有助于缩短颅脑外伤伴皮肤擦伤患者创面愈合时间,减轻患者的疼痛,降低感染、压疮、色素沉着、瘢痕发生率,临床上值得继续推广。Objective To explore effects of external use of dweco combined with TDP irradiation on symptom improvement in patients with craniocerebral trauma with skin abrasions.Methods Two hundred patients with craniocerebral trauma and skin abrasions admitted to the department of neurosurgery of our hospital from July 2019 to November 2019 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 100 cases in each group.The control group received TDP irradiation,and the observation group received TDP irradiation combined with dweco.The two groups were compared in terms of wound healing time,pain score,pressure sore,pigmentation and scar occurrence.Results The healing time of facial and trunk wounds in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,P<0.05.There was no statistically significant difference in VAS between the two groups before the treatment.VAS score of the two groups after treatment was lower than that before the treatment,P<0.05,and VAS level score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of pressure sore,pigmentation and scar in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.The wound infection rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Combined with TDP irradiation,dwecois helpful to shorten the wound healing time of craniocerebral trauma patients with skin abrasions,reduce the pain of patients,the wound infection rate and reduce the incidence of pressure ulcers,pigmentation and scar.
