妇产科手术切口子宫内膜异位症42例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨妇产科手术切口子宫内膜异位症的临床特点及治疗方法。方法:选取2017年2月至2020年2月本院收治的手术切口子宫内膜异位症患者42例,分成观察组和对照组,每组21例。对照组患者单纯使用药物疗法,观察组实施药物疗法联合病灶清除术,比较两组患者的治疗效果以及相应的临床指标。结果:观察组患者治疗有效率为90.48%,平均住院费用为(5700.16±45.26)元,康复周期为(6.22±0.77)d;对照组患者治疗有效率为71.43%,平均住院费用为(7700.16±55.26)元,康复周期为(15.22±1.66)d;观察组情况优于对照组,差异显著,P<0.05。结论:对妇产科手术切口子宫内膜异位症患者使用手术联合药物治疗方式,治疗效果显著且患者经济负担小,值得在临床应用。Objective:To investigate the clinical characteristics and treatment of endometriosis through obstetrics and gynecology operation.Methods:A total of 42 patients with endometriosis through surgical incision admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to February 2020 were selected and divided into observation group and control group,with 21 cases in each group.The control group was treated with drug therapy alone,while the observation group was treated with drug therapy combined with lesion removal.The therapeutic effect and corresponding clinical indexes of the two groups were compared.Results:In the observation group,the effective rate was 90.48%,the average hospitalization cost was(5700.16±45.26)yuan,and the recovery period was(6.22±0.77)d.In the control group,the effective rate was 71.43%,the average hospitalization cost was(7700.16±55.26)yuan,and the recovery period was(15.22±1.66)d.The observation group was better than the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with endometriosis through surgical incision in obstetrics and gynecology,the treatment effect is significant and the patient's economic burden is small,which is worthy of clinical application.
