摘  要:A油藏由于储层物性差,平面及纵向非均质性强,压裂投产后,注水导致平面及剖面矛盾进一步加剧。由于裂缝、大孔道的形成,注采井间形成优势水流通道,注入水沿着裂缝及大孔道突进,导致油井多方向见水,部分井或井组出现暴性水淹的状况。本文在A油藏储层特性、水驱规律、裂缝特征认识和研究的基础上,分析了堵水调剖、调驱及深部调驱机理,并基于A油藏近些年采取的双调措施,分析和评价了不同注剂对油藏开发指标的改善程度,并对不同注剂的油藏适应性进行对比分析。结果表明,注化学剂调剖机理,主要表现为化学剂的亲水吸附和滞留阻塞作用,而注聚合物微球调驱能取得较好的效果是因为微球具有良好的封堵性、膨胀性和滞留性,能够有效地封堵水驱优势通道,改善平面及纵向非均质性。通过注剂由近井地带向远井地带的发展,注剂滞留在储层深部,对于减弱近井地带注入水绕流,提高油藏波及体积和洗油效率,具有重要的意义。PEG-1凝胶调剖相较“冻胶+颗粒”调剖,对A油藏适应性更好,但存在有效期相对较短的缺点。结合不同注剂对平面及剖面的不同改造特征,建立“冻胶+颗粒+PEG-1”体系,先调剖,后注聚合物微球调驱,探索最优的工艺参数,对于进一步延长见效周期,提高水驱开发效果具有重要的意义。Due to poor reservoir physical properties and strong plane and longitudinal heterogeneity,water injection in A reservoir further aggravated the contradiction between plane and section after fracturing.Because of the existence of formation fractures and large channels,the dominant flow channels are formed between water injection wells and oil production wells,and injection water advances along the fractures and large channels,which leads to the water breakthrough in many directions of oil wells,and some oil wells or well groups appear violent water logging.Based on the study of reservoir characteristics,water flooding law and fracture characteristics of A reservoir,the mechanism of water shutoff and profile control and deep profile control are analyzed.And based on the double regulation measures adopted in A reservoir in recent years,the improvement degree of reservoir development indexs are analyzed and evaluated,and the reservoir adaptability of different injection agents is compared and analyzed.The results show that the mechanism of profile control is mainly due to the hydrophilic adsorption and retention blocking of the chemical agent,and the effect of polymer injection microspheres on profile control is due to the good plugging,expansion and retention of the microspheres,which can effectively block the dominant channel of water flooding and improve plane and longitudinal heterogeneity.Through polymer injection from near well zone to far well zone,it is of great significance to weaken streaming around near well zone and improve the wave volume and oil washing efficiency.PEG-1 gel profile control is more adaptable to A reservoir than"gel particle"profile control,but the validity period of PEG-1 is relatively short compared to"gel particle".According to the different transformation characteristics of different injection agents on plane and section,it is important to establish"gel particle PEG-1"system,follow the guidelines of first profile control,then polymer microspheres,and explore the optimal process parame
