摘 要:针对某化工厂生产的质量分数为15%乙醇水溶液的提纯,提出共沸精馏的方法进行脱水处理。利用Aspen模拟工艺流程,首先对该股物料进行普通蒸馏处理,得到质量分数为95%的乙醇-水共沸物。然后,以苯为共沸剂,优化工艺参数,塔底得到质量分数为99.67%的无水乙醇,塔顶得到乙醇-苯-水共沸物。塔顶物料静置后分层,上层苯液可经过多次水萃取,得到高纯度的苯,从而实现苯的回收利用。该工艺流程可为工业生产提供参考。Aiming at the purification of a 15%ethanol aqueous solution produced by a chemical plant,azeotropic distillation is proposed for dehydration.Using Aspen to simulate the process flow,firstly,the material was subjected to ordinary distillation treatment to obtain an ethanol-water azeotrope with a mass fraction of 95%.Then,benzene was used as the azeotroping agent to optimize the process parameters,and an absolute ethanol with a mass fraction of 99.67%was obtained at the bottom of the tower,and an ethanol-benzene-water azeotrope was obtained at the top of the tower.The material at the top of the tower was separated into layers after standing still,and the upper benzene liquid could be extracted with water for many times to obtain high-purity benzene,so as to realize the recycling of benzene.This process can provide a reference for industrial production.
