摘  要:国产超低压连续重整催化剂再生工艺运行过程复杂,再生器烧焦段循环气相空间因涉及再生注氧烧焦及开停工充泄压等操作过程,其宏观尺寸需要量化数据以节约开停工耗时。为解决此类问题,通过计算及试验相结合的方法,确定再生器烧焦循环气相空间宏观尺寸,并给出再生注氧控制方案以及氧气检测表失真状态下的注氧操作,缩短再生开工期间注氧烧焦时间及解决烧焦氧超标等问题,数据实现量化。The operation process of domestic ultra-low pressure continuous reforming catalyst regeneration process is complicated.Because the circulating gas phase space in the coking section of the regenerator involves the operation process of regeneration oxygen injection and coking,and start-up and shut-down charging and depressurization,its macroscopic size requires quantitative data to save the start-up and shut-down time.In order to solve such problems,the macroscopic size of the circulating gas phase space in the coking section of the regenerator is determined by a combination of calculation and experiment,and the regeneration oxygen injection control plan and the oxygen injection operation under the failure state of the oxygen detection meter are given,so as to shorten the time of oxygen injection and coking during the start-up period of regeneration and solve the problem of coking oxygen exceeding the standard.The data is quantified.
