摘 要:利用数理统计分析和水文水利计算方法,计算沟坝河大桥桥址断面设计洪峰流量、设计洪水水位、壅水高度、冲刷深度等相关技术指标,结合桥址断面所在河段防洪任务,防洪标准和桥位河段防洪工程建设等实际情况,对建设项目的防洪影响进行综合评价,结果表明:拟建沟坝河大桥按照相关法律法规设计;建成后的大桥满足河道行洪安全和河道的防洪标准,对河道整体河势的稳定影响较小.By means of mathematical statistics analysis and hydrology and water conservancy calculation methods,relevant technical indexes such as designed flood peak discharge,designed flood level,backwater height and scour depth of bridge site section are calculated.Combined with the flood control task,the flood control standard and the flood control engineering construction of the river bridge site,the flood control impact of the construction project is comprehensively evaluated.The results show that there is no contradiction between the proposed Gouba River Bridge and relevant laws and regulations.The completion of the bridge does not affect the river flood safety,does not reduce the flood control standards of the river,the overall stability of the river less impact.
