枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒联合硫酸锌口服液治疗小儿消化不良的疗效及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒联合硫酸锌口服液治疗小儿消化不良的疗效及安全性。方法60例小儿消化不良患儿,随机分为观察组与对照组,各30例。对照组选择硫酸锌口服液口服治疗,观察组选择枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒联合硫酸锌口服液治疗。对两组患儿进行为期6个月的随访,比较两组临床疗效、消化道症状评分、不良反应发生情况及复发情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.67%显著高于对照组的76.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组恶心呕吐、食欲差、腹痛、嗳气症状评分低于本组治疗前,且观察组恶心呕吐、食欲差、腹痛、嗳气症状评分分别为(0.25±0.06)、(0.40±0.12)、(0.18±0.05)、(0.22±0.07)分,显著低于对照组的(0.72±0.19)、(0.85±0.28)、(0.42±0.14)、(0.60±0.20)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为10.00%,与对照组的10.00%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组复发率为0,显著低于对照组的13.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论治疗小儿消化不良采取枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒联合硫酸锌口服液治疗方案可有效促进症状缓解,减轻患儿不适感,促使患儿恢复正常食欲,而且联合用药不良反应发生率低,值得推广。Objective To discuss the efficacy and safety of live combined bcillus subtilis and enterococcus faecium granules with multivitamines combined with zinc sulfate oral liquid in the treatment of children with dyspepsia.Methods A total of 60 children with dyspepsia were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with zinc sulfate oral liquid,and the observation group was treated with live combined bcillus subtilis and enterococcus faecium granules with multivitamines combined with zinc sulfate oral liquid.Both groups were followed-up for 6 months.The clinical efficacy,gastrointestinal symptom score,occurrence of adverse reactions and recurrence status were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than 76.67%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the nausea and vomiting,poor appetite,abdominal pain,belching symptom score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment;the nausea and vomiting,poor appetite,abdominal pain,belching symptom score of the observation group were(0.25±0.06),(0.40±0.12),(0.18±0.05)and(0.22±0.07)points,which were significantly lower than(0.72±0.19),(0.85±0.28),(0.42±0.14)and(0.60±0.20)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was 10.00%,which had no statistically significant difference compared with 10.00%of the control group(P>0.05).The recurrence rate 0 of the observation group was significantly lower than 13.33%of the control group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of live combined bcillus subtilis and enterococcus faecium granules with multivitamines and zinc sulfate oral liquid can effectively relieve the symptoms of children with dyspepsia,reduce their discomfort,and promote the recovery of normal appetite with
