摘 要:以层状α-Zr(HPO_(4))_(2)·H_(2)O(α-ZrP)为前驱体,采用水热合成法制备Na-α-ZrP,并使用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜表征固体样品的晶体结构和形貌;制备含添加剂Na-α-ZrP的钙基润滑脂,利用流变仪和四球摩擦磨损试验机研究Na-α-ZrP对钙基脂流变性能和摩擦学性能的影响,借助3D白光干涉仪、扫描电子显微镜、X射线能谱仪、X射线光电子能谱分析钢球磨斑表面形貌、化学元素分布及化学状态。结果表明:所合成Na-α-ZrP结晶度良好、呈片状结构,能明显改善基础脂的黏弹性和黏温性等流变性能;Na-α-ZrP作为固体添加剂增强了基础脂的极压性能,在不同载荷、转速、时间下,Na-α-ZrP均体现出优异的减摩抗磨性能。磨损表面化学元素分布及化学状态分析显示,在摩擦过程中Na-α-ZrP在摩擦副上形成了一层含有Na、Zr、P、O等元素的固体保护膜。Using layeredα-Zr(HPO_(4))_(2)·H_(2)O(α-ZrP)as the precursor,Na-α-ZrP solid sample was prepared by hydrothermal synthesis,and the crystal structure and morphology were characterized by X-ray diffractometer and scanning electron microscope.Calcium-based grease with additive Na-α-ZrP was prepared,the effect of Na-α-ZrP on the rheological properties and tribological properties of calcium-based grease was studied by using a rheometer and a four-ball tester,and the surface morphology,chemical element distribution,and chemical state of scar wear were analyzed with 3D optical profiler,scanning electron microscope,X-ray spectrometer,and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.The results show that Na-α-ZrP has a good crystallinity and a lamellar structure,which can significantly improve the viscoelasticity and viscosity-temperature properties of the base grease.Na-α-ZrP as a solid additive enhances extreme pressure properties of base grease.Under different loads,speeds and times,Na-α-ZrP exhibits excellent friction reducing and anti-wear performance.It is found by analysis of the chemical element distribution and chemical statethe of the wear surface that Na-α-ZrP forms a solid protective film formed by Na,Zr,P,and O elements on the friction pair during the friction.
