摘  要:为改善自动传动液的动静摩擦特性,以低分子聚异丁烯马来酸酐、多烯多胺、硼酸和磷化物为原料,合成一种磷硼化无灰分散剂。对其低温油泥分散性能、高温清净性、极压性能、抗磨损性能、减摩性能和防抖动性能进行评价,并与常用的无灰分散剂T151和T161进行比较。模拟评定和SAE No.2试验结果表明:研制的磷硼化无灰分散剂不仅具有良好的低温油泥分散性,还具有良好的高温清净性、极压性能、抗磨损性能、减摩性能和防抖动性能;该磷硼化无灰分散剂能有效改善油品的动静摩擦特性,有效地解决了自动传动液摩擦耐久性的问题。In order to improve the frictional characteristics of automatic transmission fluid,a phosphorous boronized ashless dispersant was synthesized by using low molecular polyisobutylene maleic anhydride,polyene polyamine,boric acid and phosphide.The low-temperature sludge dispersion property,high-temperature detergency,extreme pressure,antiwear,friction reducing and anti-shudder properties were evaluated and compared with the common ashless dispersants T151 and T161.Simulation evaluation and SAE No.2 test results show that the ashless dispersant synthesized not has good low-temperature sludge dispersion property and excellent high-temperature detergency,extreme pressure,antiwear,friction reducing and anti-shudder properties.This ashless dispersant can effectively improve the frictional characteristics of lubricants,and effectively solve the problem of friction durability of automatic transmission fluid.
