摘 要:基于LED在心血管系统疾病中的作用机制及应用研究,搭建调光电路,通过PWM和模拟调光两种调光方式对医用红光LED温升的影响进行研究对比,以便选择可降低LED温升的调光方式,满足LED光疗应用需求。研究发现,在该实验条件基础上,在两种调光方式下,PWM调光占空比不同时,相比于模拟调光的温升及温升速率的差异不同;采用混合调光方式,确定了不同等效电流下PWM占空比和LED输入电流的最小温升组合,达到降低LED温升及温升速率的目的。该研究结果对医用红光LED的驱动电源设计以及穿戴式光疗设备的研制具有一定的参考意义。Based on the mechanism and application of LED in cardiovascular system diseases,Building dimming circuit andthe effects of PWM and analog dimming on the temperature rise of medical red LEDs were compared.The study found that on the basis of this experimental condition,when the PWM dimming duty cycle is different,the temperature rise and the temperature rise rate are different from those of the analog dimming;the mixed dimming method is used.The combination of the PWM duty cycle and the minimum temperature rise of the LED input current at different equivalent currents is determined to achieve the purpose of reducing the LED temperature rise and the temperature rise rate.The research results have certain reference significance for the dimming design of medical red LED and the development of wearable phototherapy equipment.
